Do you have a fry daddy? Or do you just use a deep pan? How hot do you get your oil? What kind of oil do you use?

What's with the Hills Bros. can that I have noticed recently in most of your food photos?

I love "Food from Ellis" and Bob. It just has the homeyest warmest coziest familar feel. I want to be in the kitchen allllll day!
